  1. Where is Eurest Dining Services located?
    Eurest Dining Services is located one block east of Webb on Central.  Turn South on Goebel.  We are located at the Beech Activity Center which is the second building on the right.

  2. Do you have banquet facilities?
    Yes.  We have banquet facilities that accommodate events from 10 – 1200 guests.

  3. Do you provide off-site catering?
    Yes.

  4. Can we bring our own food or beverages into the Beech Activity Center?
    Eurest Dining Services is the exclusive caterer at the Beech Activity Center.  All food and beverage must be provided by Eurest.  We do allow wedding cakes to be brought in.

  5. Do you serve alcohol?
    Eurest Dining Services is licensed to sell and serve alcohol at the Beech Activity Center or at the location of your choice.  Eurest is the exclusive alcohol provider for the Beech Activity Center.

  6. What types of payments are accepted?
    We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.  Payment in full is required prior to the function date.

  7. Do you require a deposit for events?
    Yes.  A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required to reserve our banquet facilities.  For off-premise events, a non-refundable deposit covering 50% of the guests indicated on banquet orders is required at least 15 days prior to the event.

  8. Are there any service charges I should know about?
    A 20% service charge will be added to all food and beverage charges.  A 10% liquor charge will be added to all alcoholic beverages.  Delivery charges may apply for off-site events.

  9. What does the set up fee include?
    The set up fee includes set up and breakdown of tables and chairs, white tablecloths, color choice of linen napkin, china and glassware.

  10. Do you have to be a Hawker Beechcraft Corporation employee to have an event at the Beech Activity Center?
    Absolutely not!  We encourage everyone that is having a meeting, luncheon, conference, wedding reception, awards banquet or other event to utilize our facilities and/or services.

  11. How can I place a catering order?
    We accept orders via phone, fax, or email.  We will call to confirm receipt of all orders.

  12. What are your operating hours? 
    We are open Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm.  Weekend appointments available upon request.

  13. What is Thompson Hospitality?
    Thompson Hospitality is a minority group associated with Eurest Dining Services and Compass Group.

  14. How do you pronounce Eurest?
